April 16:

Lukasz Brzostowksi, 40, of Beatty Road, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to driving a Toyota vehicle on Beatty Road, on January 26, while over the drink drive limit. He gave a breath alcohol reading of 61 micrograms.The legal limit is 35 micrograms. 
He also pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention at Cavendish Place, Eastbourne, on January 25. He was fined £350 and banned from driving for 17 months. He was ordered to pay £400 in prosecution costs.

Nkosikona Bhebhe, 45, of Callao Quay, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to driving a BMW vehicle on the A27 at Hollingbury, Brighton, on October 7, 2019, while more than twice over the drink drive limit. He gave a breath alcohol reading of 91 micrograms. The legal limit is 35 micrograms. 
He also pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when required to do so by police at Hastings on February 17. Sentencing was adjourned until June 16 for reports to be prepared. He was released on unconditional bail.

April 26:

A 15-year-old youth from Hailsham, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty to assault by beating. 
The offence took place at Hailsham on July 30 last year. He was referred to the East Sussex Youth Offender Panel for a six month contract and ordered to pay £30 in compensation.

A 15 year old youth from Hailsham, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty to assault by beating and guilty to two charges of being in possession of an offensive weapon, a flick knife and belt, in a public place at Hailsham on July 30. He was referred to the East Sussex Youth Offender Panel for a six month contract and ordered to pay £30 in compensation.

A 16-year-old Eastbourne youth, who cannot be named fro legal reasons, pleaded guilty to being in possession of an offensive weapon, a kitchen knife, in Eastbourne on December 7, last year. He was referred to the East Sussex Youth Offender Panel for a four month contract.

April 27:

Christopher Stock, 38, of Leas Road, Warlingham, Surrey, pleaded guilty to two charges of assaulting a police officer at Eastbourne on October 3 last year.The court made a community order with a requirement of 100 hours of unpaid work and ordered him to pay £50 in compensation and £300 in prosecution costs.

Kylie Waeling, 32, of High Street, Shoreham, pleaded guilty to assault by beating. The offence took place at Eastbourne on November 20, last year. Sentencing was adjourned until June 9 for reports to be prepared. She was released on conditional bail.

April 28:

Mariuszk Kowolik, 47, of Maplehurst Road, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to driving a Chevrolet 
vehicle on Maplehurst Road, on December 28, while more than three times over the drink drive limit. He gave a breath alcohol reading of 115 micrograms. The legal limit is 35 micrograms. He was sentenced to 18 weeks in prison, suspended for 18 months. The court made a community order with a requirement of 220 hours of unpaid work and banned him from driving for 50 months.

Simon Marsh, 51, of Etchingham Road, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to driving a Vauxhall vehicle on Friston Place, Friston, on May 22, last year,
while disqualified from driving. He also pleaded guilty to driving with no insurance at Friston on the same date. He was fined £200 and banned from driving for one year.
