February 26:

Stephen Ironside, 34, of Croxden Way, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Mondeo on Brodrick Road, Eastbourne, on February 6 while over the drink drive limit. He gave a breath alcohol reading of 52 micrograms. The legal limit is 35 micrograms. 
He was fined £365 and banned from driving for one year.

Darren Moon, 38, of Solent Crescent, Hailsham, pleaded guilty to driving a Peugeot vehicle on Cross Levels Way, Eastbourne, on February 8, while more than twice over the drink drive limit. He gave a breath alcohol reading of 95 micrograms. The legal limit is 35 micrograms. The court made a community order with a requirement of 80 hours of unpaid work and banned him from driving for 23 months.

Jay White, 28, of Upper Avenue, Eastbourne, indicated a plea of guilty to two charges of assaulting a police officer. The offences took place at Eastbourne District General Hospital on February 1. The court made a community order.

David Echeverria, 25, of Sorrel Drive, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to driving a BMW on Eastbourne Road, Polegate, on February 9, while twice over the drink drive limit. He gave a breath alcohol reading of 71 micrograms. The legal limit is 35 micrograms. He indicated a plea of guilty to being in possession of a quantity of cannabis on the same date. He was fined £461 and banned from driving for 19 months.

Adam Finnie, 34, of Hartfield Road, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to being the driver of a Renault Clio which failed to stop following an accident where injury was caused to another person. The offence took place at Pevensey Road, Eastbourne, on February 9. He was fined £544 and his driving record was endorsed with six penalty points.

Ben Hutton, 23, of Priory Road, Hastings, pleaded guilty to driving a Honda CBR 125 on the Wallsend Roundabout, at Pevensey, on September 3, with cannabis in his blood stream. He was fined £220 and banned from driving for one year.

Carl Neale, 33, of Avondale Road, Seaford, indicated a plea of guilty to five charges of fraud by making false representation in offering records for sale. The offences took place at Seaford between January 12 and January 20 last year. He was given a one year conditional discharge and ordered to pay £630.

Wojciech Woloszyn, 36, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle on Willingdon Road, Eastbourne on February 9, while over the drink drive limit. He gave a breath alcohol reading of 43 micrograms. The legal limit is 35 micrograms. He was fined £200 and banned from driving for one year.

Arminas Zakys, 28, of Latimer Road, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to driving a Nissan vehicle on Butts Brow car park, at Eastbourne with cannabis and amphetamine in his bloodstream. He was fined £300 and banned from driving for one year.

Catalina Andries, 46, of Berridge Road, Sheerness, Kent, pleaded guilty to driving a Mercedes vehicle at Admiral Retail Park, Eastbourne on August 22, without due care and attention. She was fined £280 and her driving record endorsed with nine penalty points.

Jason Bond, 35, of Manor Road, Eastbourne, was found guilty of two charges of attending an address in Hailsham when prohibited from doing so by a court restraining order. The offences took place on September 20 and September 21. The court made a community order with a requirement of 100 hours of unpaid work and ordered him to pay £650 in prosecution costs. Magistrates issued a restraining order.
