September 30:

Daniel Tidy, 37, of Greenfield Close Aylesford, Kent, pleaded guilty to damaging a window. The offence took place at The Avenue, Eastbourne, on May 3. He was fined £80.

Andrew Law-Durie, 54, of Highgrove Crescent, Polegate, pleaded guilty to driving a Mini Cooper on Pevensey Road, Polegate, on August 3, while twice over the drink drive limit. He gave a breath alcohol reading of 85 micrograms. The legal limit is 35 micrograms. He was fined £120 and banned from driving for 18 months.

Katherine Collis, 52, of Taddington Road, Eastbourne, indicated guilty pleas to three charges of assault police officers. The offences took place at Eastbourne on July 2. She also pleaded guilty to a further charge of assault by beating at Eastbourne on the same date. 
She was given a six month conditional discharge.

Joshua Crellin, 24, of Midhurst Road, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Fiesta on Charles Road, Hastings, on August 5, while disqualified from driving. The court made a community order with an eight week electronically monitored curfew between 7pm and 7am and banned him from driving for 16 months.

Rory Campbell, 31, of Jevington Gardens, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to causing damage to a window at Wetherspoons in Terminus Road, Eastbourne, on August 5. He was ordered to pay £500 in compensation.

October 2:

James Hurle, 23, of High Street, Pevensey, was found guilty of stealing alcohol and false eye lashes worth £175, from Sainburys at Eastbourne on July 26. He was fined £180 and ordered to pay £377 in prosecution costs.
