COCAINE, ecstasy and amphetamine along with cash were found in a drugs raid in Hampden Park last week.
Officers from Eastbourne’s Neighbourhood Policing Team raided premises in Elm Grove, Hampden Park, on Saturday February 5.
They searched the property and the quantity of controlled drugs were discovered.
A 40-year-old man was arrested at the premises on suspicion of drug supply offences and has been released on bail until April 5.
Neighbourhood police sergeant Julian Williams said, “This is another recent example of how my team of officers continue to act on complaints from the local community around drug activity with positive results.
“The emphasis is very much on enforcement and prosecution but also on prevention and a determination to demonstrate to those that continue to involve themselves in this type of activity that the community around them are no longer prepared to tolerate it.”
Anyone with any information on suspected drug dealing should call Sussex Police, on 0845 60 70 999.
Alternatively, they can call the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
