COUNTY NEWS: Next week could be a summer scorcher
Next week is shaping up to be a summer scorcher, with temperatures forecast to reach the upper twenties.
Tomorrow is set to be even warmer than today, with highs of 26 degrees Celsius expected across the county. And if things couldn’t get any better, Tuesday looks like it will be the hottest day of the week, with clear skies predicted all day and temperatures likely to reach 29 degrees Celsius.
Overnight the temperatures will remain high – 23 degrees Celsius is the expected peak – and Wednesday will be more of the same, with sun and 25 degrees Celsius heat.
From Thursday until Sunday the weather will plateau, with some scattered clouds expected and temperatures a steady 23 degrees Celsius. Enjoy the nice weather!
