“One person was handed over to the care of South East Coast Ambulance.”

Eye witness Jamie Roberts said he saw a grey car hit the barrier and crash into the wall.

Jamie said he ‘rushed over’ to the car and found a man and a woman inside.

He said, “We asked if they were okay, which they said they were, so we got them out the smokey car.”
