Schemes that give residents the confidence to use the services of approved traders and care providers will be promoted in a supermarket campaign launching on Friday (May 3).
Over the next six weeks members of East Sussex County Council’s Trading Standards team will be visiting supermarkets across the county providing information about the Buy and Support With Confidence schemes.
Buy With Confidence promotes honest and reliable businesses.
It puts consumers in touch with traders who have agreed to provide high levels of customer service – and have been vetted and approved by Trading Standards.
To find out more about joining the scheme as a trader or service provider, or using an approved service, visit Waitrose on May 10 or Sainsbury’s, Hampden Park, on May 17 or Morrisons at Seaford on June 7 betweeen 9am and 1pm.
