Another highly successful Seaford Live Festival included the vocal talents of local MP Norman Baker. New attractions this year included an outdoor concert in a marquee in Crouch Gardens with Barber Taylor and Reed, and Tab Hunter and Ben Paley, music in The Front Room café and Toy Town, and a marvellous busking session in Tansley’s Yard. The excellent musicians there were joined by Mr Baker who sang some great rock-and-roll in between his official engagements!
Other favourites back this year were the Mandolin Orchestra and Richard Durrant performing as part of his Bicycle Tour. As always, local pubs added to the range of musical events and performances by poets, artists and choirs.
