BREAKING NEWS: Two men arrested in connection with armed robbery at Willingdon Post Office

Police have arrested two men on suspicion of carrying out an armed robbery at Wilingdon Post Office, Wish Hill.

The incident took place on Wednesday (March 18) at about 9am.

There were no firearms involved and no one was hurt. Two men, aged 22 and 24, have been arrested in connection with the robbery.

Sergeant Howard Nevill said “Enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who was in the area at the time to come forward with any information that may help with our investigation.”
