The Oatibix Flakes batches subject to the recall notice are all 550g size packs, with:

‘Best before’ date: 18 January 2017 with batch code: 6018

‘Best before’ date: 19 January 2017 with batch code: 6019

‘Best before’ date: 20 January 2017 with batch code: 6020

‘Best before’ date: 21 January 2017 with batch code: 6021

No other Oatibix batches or products are known to be affected. The company is advising consumers who have already bought a pack from these batch numbers to dispose of the product.

For a full refund, customers should send a photograph of the product ‘Best Before’ date to [email protected], or send the strip from the top of the packet to: Freepost RTJX-CZGH-ZLYK Oatibix Consumer Services PO Box 5, Burton Latimer, Kettering, Northamptonshire NN15 5JR
