Body of missing Henfield man recovered from Beachy Head

Mr Payne, 57 was last seen by his sister on July 15 and reported missing five days later on July 20.

A member of the public found a body on a cliff ledge at Beachy Head, Eastbourne, on August 9. Enquiries were made and it has been confirmed it is Mr Payne.

Police say there are no suspicious circumstances and the coroner's officer has opened a file into the death.
