A touch of glitz and glamour is coming to Eastbourne on Friday, June 5 as the Cavendish Hotel hosts the LawlerDavis Black and White Ball in aid of Chestnut Tree.
The ball promises to be a sophisticated evening of fine dining and entertainment, with a three-course banquet, live music, raffle and auction run by Ross Mercer from BBC Bargain Hunt. Auction lots include use of a holiday apartment in Portugal for six people, a home chef and waiter service for a meal for six and a 4x4 driving experience at Goodwood.
Eastbourne-based Independent Financial Planners LawlerDavis is running the event and all proceeds will go to Chestnut Tree children’s hospice service.
LawlerDavis are proud to have put their Hands Up as part of Chestnut Tree’s new campaign to reach more children in East Sussex, adopting them as their charity of the year. “It’s such a great cause,” said director Sarah Lawler. “We have worked with Chestnut Tree for a number of years and are always happy to do what we can for this important local charity.
“We have had a lot of support already, with sponsorship from Bea-utiful Design & Print Limited, Eastbourne Framing Centre, IDP safety services ltd, Paperlane, Chatfields Jewellers, JP South Events, Charles Stanley, Chalvington Group, Willing Legal services and Accord Audio. We now need the people of East Sussex to come along and raise plenty of money through the auction and raffle.”
Tickets for the ball cost £55 each and include a welcome drink, three-course banquet and entertainment. Tickets can be purchased by calling 01323 746698 or emailing email@example.com.
