Behind the scenes as Eastbourne theatre is refurbished
A video and artist's impression has been released showing the multi-million pound makeover currently underway at the Congress Theatre and Winter Garden.
The film takes viewers behind the scenes of the redevelopment of the Devonshire Quarter where the Congress and Winter Garden are being refurbished and a new Welcome Building, which will eventually incorporate a box office, cafe and exhibition spaces, is being built.
