Kim McCabe’s book on the subject has been a sell out success and she plans to bring her wisdom to the parents of Eastbourne between 5.30pm and 7.30pm at Moira House Girls’ School.

Kim will take parents through practical ways to make the adolescent’s journey kinder, safer and better supported so that both parents and daughter can enjoy the teenage years more.

The talk is open to everyone interested in steering children aged eight to 18 happily through their teens. Parents, grandmothers and caring aunties may all be interested in the talk.

Kin McCabe is the author of From Daughter to Woman. She lives in Forest Row and hold sessions for girls to help them through their teenage years.
