THEY’RE boisterous, beautiful, they’re the Lady Boys of Bangkok and they’re back in Brighton for a month long run.
And of course, they may look like beautiful show girls, but they just happen to be men with figures to die for. It’s hard enough when it’s a woman that’s got a better pair of bosoms and legs than you but when it’s a man........
The two hour Fur Coats and French Knickers show is hugely entertaining and delighting crowds at a specially built Thai pavillion in Grand Parade.
Guests are seated at tables, can order traditionally cooked and fresh Thai food and drinks, and relax for an irresistible mix of comedy, capers and raunchy capers with singing and dancing and great costumes.
The lady boys strut their stuff to hits from Lady Ga Ga, Katie Perry and Take That as well - or should that be Tuck That?! - and some old classics. And there are some very funny Full Monty type scenes with the show’s resident dwarf
Director Phillip Gandey, who has brought the production to Brighton, said this year’s spectacular outshines last year’s offering.
“To top last year’s shows was an enormous challenge but I’m convinced that this year’s all new show will take the audience’s Lady Boys of Bangkok experience to another level. Fur Coats And French Knickers contains more surprises than ever before.”
The show runs until Monday May 30 with two performances on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Mondays. Ticket prices are £23 with concessions of £20 and £10 for students. Discounted tickets are available on some performances. Tickets can be booked on 0871 705 0705.
