Stand up for return of hit comedy club

SCREAMING Blue Murder Comedy Club returns to the Winter Garden on May 29 with three great comedians.

This month, Gary Delany, Diane Morgan and Sean Percival take to the stage to entertain the crowds, whilst Eastbourne favourite, Windsor is back to compere the proceedings.

Headlining this month’s Comedy Club is Gary Delaney, a razor sharp one-liner comedian.

Widely regarded as being the most quotable comic on the circuit, Gary Delaney’s high quantity of stand out gags leaves the audience struggling to remember them all.

Gary regularly plays all the big clubs including The Comedy Store, Jongleurs, Komedia, as well as last month’s headliner, Lee Hurst’s Backyard.

Joining him is Bolton comedienne Diane Morgan. Diane began stand up in 2004 having trained as an actress, with roles in both theatre and television.

TV appearances include Ken Campbell’s Warp Experience and Peter Kay’s Phoenix Nights for Channel 4.

Completing the line-up for May is Black Country comic Sean Percival. An ex-welder from Dudley whose act is steeped in the traditions of the working men’s clubs circuit, Sean Percival keeps things bang up to date with his upfront attitude.

His brand of comedy steers clear of the surreal and confronts realism in an explosively funny way.

Doors open at 8pm and the comedy starts at 9pm.

Tickets cost £9, call 412000.
