Local resident Sarah Alexander said, “In Sevenoaks Road we have had three cars written off in the time that we have been there due to accidents

“Our cars were hit by drivers that were driving at 70mph down Sevenoaks Road. It has always been a nightmare road and I think to add 15 houses, with 15 car parking spaces, most people don’t have just one car these days.

“It is just going to be a nightmare. A complete rat run.”

Along with Ms Alexander’s concerns, there are also comments from four other concerned residents on the application’s page.

Other residents shared Ms Alexander’s thoughts regarding the environment and roads while concerns about the school, pollution, wildlife and sewage were also mentioned.

The applicant is South East Homes And Land Ltd who have been contacted for a comment.
