Bede's pupil Jack named as Eastbourne Young Chef of the Year

Upper Fifth pupil Jack won first place with his dish of herb-crusted chicken, fondant potatoes, and roasted veg with a pesto sauce.

He was praised by the judges for his attention to detail and flair.

Mary Leggett at Bede’s Senior School said, “We are incredibly proud of Jack’s achievement. To demonstrate this level of cookery skill at such a young age is fantastic.”
