New barbers and restaurant aiming to open in Sovereign Harbour

Three new businesses look set to open in Sovereign Harbour soon.

Two units and part of a restaurant are currently under offer at The Waterfront in Sovereign Harbour.

The units are three of seven on the market with SHW, commercial and residential property specialists.

A spokesperson for SHW said the former wedding dress shop within the development is set to become a barbershop called GoodLife Barbers.

Another unit is expected to be used as a convenience store/off-licence. A decision on the licence is due from Eastbourne Borough Council this month.

The spokesperson also said part of a former Italian restaurant, but not Simply Italian which remains open, is under offer to an expanding bistro company.
