Eastbourne doctors’ surgery to go up for sale

Green Street Surgery in Old Town will be relocating to the new state of the art purpose built medical centre in Victoria Drive in the summer and until then it remains open.

The relocation has prompted the sale of the Green Street site, which was originally three Victorian houses.

The asking price is £660,000.

A spokesperson at Leaper Stanbrook, which is marketing the property, said, “There is scope to convert the surgery back into three self contained houses, or possibly other residential development, subject to planning approval.

“The property would also be of interest for those seeing commercial premises for a variety of uses. The surgery is due to be relocated in July 2021 and vacant possession will be available after that date.”
