Shops and flats in Eastbourne go on the market
A number of shops and flats in Eastbourne town centre are up for sale.
The privately owned portfolio of properties is in Seaside Road.
They include number 29-21, 27, 29 and 31, 30-32, 33, 37 and 55-61.
The properties are in the stretch of Seaside Road between the junction with Cavendish Place and Terminus Road and the asking price is £3.2 million.
The portfolio is being marketed by Eastbourne agency Hunt Commercial.
A spokesperson said, “This is a rare opportunity to acquire six fully let mixed use properties in the town centre of Eastbourne comprising eight self contained shops and 20 flats.
“The portfolio is currently generating an income of £204,470 per annum.”
