Cheek and Rosie Rocks, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at BN10 was given the maximum score after assessment on June 21, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Lewes's 368 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 307 (83%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
