Witness appeal after man steals ski gear worth £370

Police are appealing for witnesses to a man who stole two ski jackets worth £370 from a shop in Worthing.

The man in his 40s, who is white, of slim build and around 6ft, and has white hair, went into the Trespass store in Montague Street just after 1pm on Sunday (November 27), police said.

He was wearing a black jacket and gloves and carrying a rucksack, police confirmed.

The man picked out a number of jackets including a medium size Icon DLX ski jacket in blue with mottled grey shoulders and a black Wallis DLX SoftShell jacket with blue zips.
