Railway lines have reopened in both directions between Horsham and Epsom after flooding forced their closure.
A speed restriction remains in place in the Ashtead area, so additional delays are possible, as well as alterations and cancellations, operator Southern Rail said.
A spokesman added: “Please check before you travel, you may also wish to allow extra time.”
