“Thirty days later and I’m very proud of my efforts – channelling fictional news anchor Ron Burgundy.
“We need to get men talking and I hope the conversations sparked by my mo’ will raise awareness of the Movember movement.”
Sam was joined in the challenge by fellow senior reporter Stephen Wynn-Davies.

“I have sat through too many inquests where I’ve spoken to heartbroken relatives as they attempt to understand why their husband, boyfriend, brother, son, dad, uncle, or nephew, couldn’t speak about their feelings.
“One suicide is one suicide too many. I want to put my experience to use. Please support me.”
