Hundreds left without power for hours after Wisborough Green outage

Hundreds of people were left without power in the Wisborough Green area yesterday evening (Monday February 16).

Around 700 households were affected by the outage, a spokesperson for SSE said.

The spokesperson said: “At 17.18 on Monday 16 February, we received reports of power being out in the Petworth Road area, affecting around 700 customers.
