'˜Flytipping' forces driver into roadside ditch
A delivery van was forced into a ditch this morning while trying to pass debris left blocking a country road.
Local residents describe the rubbish left strewn along Countryman Lane, Shipley, as ‘flytipping.’
Around 30 metres of roadway was blocked with building materials, pallets, tiles, and roofing debris.
