A car ended up half submerged in water when it veered off a bridge in Horsham on Saturday.
Police say two men inside the car were ‘lucky to escape’ following the crash off Kerves Lane.
A Horsham police spokesman said: “The driver of the vehicle failed the roadside drink/drugs test and will be required to provide blood samples.”
No other vehicles were involved in the incident.
