Keys and wallet stolen from Cowfold home

A wallet and keys were stolen from a house in Cowfold on New Year’s Eve while the home’s occupants were in another part of the property.

The Horsham Road home was entered between 7.30pm and 8pm.

Police said a set of keys and a large red leather wallet containing cash, bank cards and a driving licence were taken.

Access was gained via a rear door. Police added that a suspicious male was seen in the area wearing blue jeans and a beige jacket around the time of the incident and officers are investigating.
