Entertainment Workshops hold a programme of creative media, stage sound and light education and educational qualifications for young people in the Rother area.
The charity was launched in 2009 and has been a great success despite having been hit by two burglaries in which equipment and students work was stolen.

Hide AdEW is currently using its facilities to serve over 85 students per week and achieving a 99% success rate. The project relies heavily on funding and donations from outside sources.
The ball takes place on Saturday at Bannatynes Spa Hotel in Hastings. It includes a three course meal and music by Chris Anderson – The Swing Thing, Shenton Dixon and The Boardwalk Drifters the 1066 Rockitmen.
A raffle offers the chance to win Brighton football shirts, an Asda hamper and afternoon tea at the George in Rye.
