New CrossFit gym opens in Cuckfield as government restrictions lift

CrossFit Haywards Heath, owned by Daniel Pasmore of Burgess Hill is a family-run business set in a 4,500 square foot barn at Holmsted Farm.

The barn is also home to Meta Movement, a personal training business run by another Burgess Hill resident Ryan Dudley.

The ‘open plan fitness hub’ features state-of-the art equipment and new changing facilities.

The CrossFit business offers personal training sessions as well as strong men and strong women competitions.

People can register for a free CrossFit taster session this week at www.crossfithaywardsheath.co.uk.

Gold membership costs £79.99 per month while silver membership is £59.99 a month.

People can also pay £10 to drop in for a single class.

The gym is open from April 12 and is following government guidelines and safety measures.
