Coming to the Devonshire Park Theatre in April is a new comedy written and directed by John Godber.

In Losing The Plot a Jack Monroe mysteriously walks out on his job, his wife and children on February.

Beside his bed they find a copy of Hot Sex Tips and Which Caravan magazines.

After travelling Europe for three months to write a much-promised novel and live the life of an artist Jack returns.

But there is no novel, he has no money and he also has no idea why he left.

In a world which is just on the edge, are we all losing the plot?

The play, billed as an exciting comedy, features Steve Huison (The Full Monty and Coronation Street) as Jack and Sue Cookson (Casualty and Land Girls) as his long-suffering wife Sally.

Losing The Plot is at the Devonshire Park Theatre from Thursday, April 4 to Saturday, April 6.
