Jazz night at the Under Ground Theatre on Friday January 29 features the stylish Sue Richardson Quintet at 8pm.

Singer, songwriter and trumpeter Sue Richardson is no stranger to the venue and she brings her quintet of musicians and a repertoire drawn from many strands.

Songs from her ‘five star’ Chet Baker show Too Cool will be included plus some re-worked standards and a glimpse into her new show Screen Sirens – a tribute to iconic ladies of the silver screen and songs associated with them. Sue is accompanied by multi talented husband Neal on piano, George Trebar on double bass, Sam Glasson on drums and Andy Drudy on guitar. Doors and coffee-bar and bar open at 7.30pm. Tickets: £13 (UGT members/students £12 ).
