The 1960s were one of the most innovative and exciting eras of British music and this feel-good concert at the Congresswill celebrate this decade in an evening of pure nostalgia.
Gerry and The Pacemakers were the first band to have three consecutive No 1’s in the UK charts, with How Do You Do It, I Like It and You’ll Never Walk Alone, as well as always being remembered for the classic Ferry Cross The Mersey.
PJ Proby’s amazing voice made him an international hit recording star, with hits such as Somewhere, Maria and Hold Me.
Former Tremeloes frontman Chip Hawkes was the voice behind Here Comes My Baby, Silence Is Golden, Even The Bad Times Are Good, Call Me Number One, and many more.
