THE MAN who’s undoubtedly the funniest singer/guitarist in East Sussex is to make an unexpected appearance at the Under Ground Theatre on July 21 (10am-noon).
The coffee morning onstage entertainment on July had been scheduled to come from folk-rock band Stopp. They have had to withdraw, however – and will now be replaced by the brilliant John Cave.
John, who runs the Seaford Folk Club, is known to many audiences for his interpretations of the wonderful songs of Jake Thackray. But his repertoire is much wider than that. He’ll also be singing some numbers by Richard Stilgoe, and others – as well as a range of parodies.
Entry is free.
