Christmas concert practice is set to begin

THE CONCENTUS Chorale will be starting rehearsals for its Christmas concert – A Celebration of Christmas – on September 12.

New members are welcome to come and see what is on offer.

A spokesperson said, “Being of friendly disposition and able to sing in tune whilst holding your vocal line are the only requirements to sing with the group.

“The ability to be able to read music is not essential but you do need to be enthusiastic and dedicated to perform to high quality concert standard, both of which are essential features in the making of great music.”

The choir is under the leadership of Adrian White and rehearsals kick off at 7.30pm at the United Reformed Church Hall and continue on Mondays.

The Christmas concerts are on December 12 in Seaford (A Celebration of Christmas) and on January 9 in Eastbourne (A Celebration of Christmas Past).
