Blues man who has played for the greats

Blues Under Ground next Thursday (June 16) will feature Kent Duchaine.

An internationally renowned American Blues artist, now touring the UK, Kent DuChaine has listened to, hung out with, opened up for, travelled and played with most of the great Blues men and women during his career. These include Muddy Waters, Howlin’ Wolf, John Lee Hooker, BB, Albert and Freddie King, Willie Dixon, Mississippi Fred McDowell, Furry Lewis and Son House.

The audience at the Under Ground Theatre will encounter Leadbessie, the beloved 1934 National Steel guitar Duchaine managed to find in the 1970’s. Tickets £5 - doors open 7pm and performance from 7.30pm.
