Painting in oils - using fingers....

SOME striking modern art comes to the Under Ground Theatre on February 5 when Jane-Heidi Gray makes her debut at the venue.

Her paintings will be displayed in the theatre’s coffee bar from 10am till noon, and entry is free.

Jane-Heidi paints in oils, using her fingers, rather than brushes – a self-taught technique that works ideally with the big canvases that are her speciality.

Her work has been described as “unique, modern and contemporary” – and the pictures on show at the Under Ground will included both abstracts and nudes.
