Have your say

What do colours smell and taste like? Children can set their imagination free at the Towner this summer with plenty of holiday activities.

On Wednesday August 12 artist Lindsey Smith will be Talking Colour, and asking questions such as what does the colour green make you think of? Through a series of word-based games, the groups will create short poems in response to the colours of the William Gear exhibition. Then on Wednesday August 19 there will be Adventure Into The Abstract Workshop with Annie Joslin which will explore the William Gear exhibition through drawing games and generate a set of shapes, colours and lines. Both 11-1pm and 2-4pm, free, but booking essential 01323 434670.
