The production which is produced by highly acclaimed theatre company, Les Petits (the team responsible for Captain Flinn and the Pirate Dinosaurs), follows the success of Gangsta Granny.

The production previews at the RHT on December 13/14 and then runs until January 7 2017. It will then embark on a UK wide tour before a 10 week placement in London’s West End.

Darren Weir, pre-show director for the RHT, said, “This is an amazing opportunity for the Royal Hippodrome and Eastbourne and we hope that everyone will come and see this fantastic show. It’s ideal for all the family, and the length of the show makes it great for those pre-schoolers who have never been to a theatre before. This venture is a huge risk for the Community Interest Company that now runs the RHT but if successful and profitable, as a CIC the money gets ploughed back into the running of the theatre. This is why we are on the hunt for some corporate sponsors who could not only sponsor the Eastbourne leg of the show but potentially the whole tour itself.”

The show will involve large puppetry, great music and effects, and creative personal input from David Walliams.

Tickets go on sale today (April 29) at 2pm - book on 01323 802020 or www.royalhippodrome.com.
