Polegate U15s
Polegate u15s carried their excellent end of season form into the prestigious Seaford Town 7-a-side tournament.
In their first tournament outing of the year, the Hoppers were emphatic winners of the group stage, dropping just two points and conceding no goals, with Matt Bosly, John Reeves, Caylan Parfitt and Ronnie Platt scoring freely.
A single goal from Reeves was enough to defeat Hawks Youth in the semi final and set up an enthralling final against much fancied Woodingdean. Polegate enjoyed a dream start when Reeves converted a penalty and ran out comfortable 2-0 winners thanks to a late strike from Parfitt.
