Little Rugby has proved a real hit in Eastbourne.

Little Rugby is for children aged 2-5 and provides a fun introduction to non-contact rugby which appeals to both girls and boys of all sporting abilities and backgrounds.

Little Rugby encapsulates children’s imagination and skills are learnt through the medium of fun.

Not only do the current Little Rugby stars continue to baffle parents with their capabilities with a rugby ball, the classes also exceed expectations in terms of improving children’s confidence, breaking social and racial barriers, learning to work as a team, taking turns and sharing, the list is endless.

As great as it is that Little Rugby includes all these essential aspects within their sessions, most importantly the children enjoy themselves in a safe and fun environment.
