WINGER Dan Smith has been transfer listed by Eastbourne Borough.

The 20-year-old signed a permanent deal at Priory Lane in the summer after being released by Plymouth, in the process becoming the first full-time player in the club's history.

But he has struggled to hold down a regular place in the side and is currently serving a three-match ban after being sent off in the FA Cup replay defeat to Tooting and Mitcham United.

Goalkeeper Michael Jordan and England Schools midfielder Simon Johnson are to be sent out on loan to get regular first team football.

Jordan has made 13 starts for Sports this season but lost his place to Danny Knowles after the 3-3 draw at Tooting.

Borough have signed ex-Bristol Rovers youngster James Fraser. The midfielder made his first team debut in the 1-1 draw at Forest Green Rovers.

More in Wednesday's Eastbourne Gazette.
