Young snooker star steals the show

Tokki Yamaguchi, the young snooker starlet playing for

Glastonbury A, recorded the top league snooker break of

the week with a superb 94 clearance in his 118-1 win against

Paul Pickett of Polegate Legion A. This break and win helped his team to a 3-2 home win.

Glastonbury B maintained their place at the top of Division one of the Eastbourne and District Snooker League with a 3-2

away victory over sixth placed Meads A at the Fishermens

Club. Hailsham MI C, lying in second place in the league table, needed a walkover frame to defeat Seaford Con Club 3-2.

Glastonbury C got back to winning ways with a 4-1 home

win against bottom team Fishermens E. The mid-table match between HMI A and Nuthouse A went the way of Nuthouse A 3-2.

Glastonbury F were the visitors at the Angling Club to take

on the A Team, their visit rewarded with a 3-2 win.

Dolphin A consolidated their third place with a crushing 5-0

win over Nuthouse B with a total match score 344-78.

Hailsham MI B capitalised on leaders’ Railway Club A bye week to move to the top of Division Tow with a 4-1 home win against Ministries. Hellingly lost ground on the two leaders following a 4-1 home loss by Hailsham Club D. The match between Eastbourne Workingmens B and Bollards went the way of the Workers 3-2.
