The basement match between HMI F and Fishermens A went the way of HMI F 3-2. Dave Clark, Andy Mozley and Alan Wheatley recorded the HMI F winning frames.

Glastonbury E were the visitors at the Hailsham Club to take on the C Team, their visit rewarded with a 4-1 win.

Jose Martins posted a 22 break in his 52-14 defeat of Stella Bonnick, Brian Sparks prevented the clean sweep with a 46-32 win over Robin Mills.

Hailsham Club B went down 4-1 at home against Angling Club B.

Derek Holt won the first frame 63-52 against Tony McPhail to avoid the eventual whitewash. Graham Elphick, Dave Pringle, Vic Padget and Norman Lippett recording the winning frames for the Angling B.

Dolphin F defeated XREA Railway 3-2, the Dolphin F wins came from Paul Rogers, Stuart Alexander and Steve

Pollard. Liam Brooks along with Martin Fry had the XREA wins.

In Division two leaders Hailsham Memorial Institute B Team did their promotion aspirations no harm with a4-1 home victory against HMI Topaz.

Topaz point. Railway A, lying in second spot in division two, had a narrow 3-2 home win over bottom club Devonshire A. Paul Goacher the Railway skipper won the match in frame five 64-30 against Jock Hepburn.
