The South Africans were put through their paces at the Eastbourne College on Monday as they fine tuned their preparations for the Rugby World Cup.
The Spirngboks arrived for their first training session in Eastbourne in good spirits despite the wind the rain sweeping across the Memorial Fields.
The team are staying at the Grand Hotel and will use the training facilities of the Eastbourne College and the University of Brighton.
They begin their World Cup campaign against Japan at the Amex Stadium on Saturday, September 19.
