Ladies still in danger after deflating loss

A game of two halves left Eastbourne Ladies empty-handed as they squandered a 2-0 lead to lose 3-2 to Teddington at the weekend.

A strong opening half for Eastbourne saw Freddie Jagau and Jen Atkins net a goal each to give the visitors the lead at the break.

However, Teddington stepped up their game in the second half, scoring three to steal the points from a hard-working Eastbourne side.

10th-placed Eastbourne face third-placed London Wayfarers this weekend.
