Eastbourne Ladies recorded a much-needed win in emphatic fashion on Saturday, overcoming lowly Yateley by six goals to nil.
They started with some confident play through strikers Sally Clarke, Phoebe Windsor-Clive and Freddie Jagau and, after just 11 minutes, the tally chart began.
Great positioning from Phoebe ensured a perfect goal from a cross on the right and, again from a powerful cross by Sharon Clay, Jen Atkins made the half-time score 2 - 0 to the home side.
After the break, Eastbourne maintained possession and a great strike from Sally left Yateley with a mountain to climb.
Eastbourne produced a fabulous attacking display and some superb defending high up the pitch in a performance that was capped off by a final run of goals from Sophie Hoskins, Claire Noble and Phoebe to seal the 6-0 win.
Eastbourne move up to eighth in the South 3B table and play Richmond at home next Saturday (12:00), then take on Henley away in the National Cup on Sunday.
Players of the day were Hannah Williams and Steph Black.
