Bennett brothers on fire to keep Dons top

The Bennett brothers turned out in full force to play their part in Willingdons victory at Hailsham. Maximums from Josh and Jack helped the Dons on their way to a 9-1 win to keep them at the top of Division One.

Maximums for all the Eastbourne Borough A team of Martin Kellaway, Rob Warner and Rose Rainton helped them to a whitewash victory over Eastbourne Borough B.

Laughton also recorded a 10-0 victory over Bishopstone A to keep them hot on the heels of Willingdon A at the top of the table with two matches in hand. Faldie Adams, Tony Rowell and Lewis Mayhew sealed the win.

In Division Two, Ministries A beat Eastbourne Borough E 7-3 .Yotza Krstic was on top form to claim a maximum in straight games and Andrew Edwards taking the following three games with ease against Neil Fuller & Peter Goad.

Eastbourne Borough C eased past Eastbourne Borough D 7-3.

Although Willingdon B could only muster two players for their clash against Bishopstone B and despite Alan Hooker being beaten by Kevin Froud, Tony Parris did get a maximum to

win the match.
