Cameron Woodward is back at Eastbourne Eagles for the 2013 speedway season.
Woodward becomes the third name on the team-sheet after Adam Shields and Bjarne Pedersen.
The Australian, currently at home Down Under, first came to Arlington in 2006 and has been present ever since.
Team manager and co-promoter Trevor Geer said: “Cameron has long been in the ‘engine room’ of the Eastbourne team, scoring important points at vital moments to secure victory.
“He is an out-and-out racer.
“The fans love seeing Cam at full throttle and he’s promising plenty of that next season.
“Cameron is aiming to further improve in 2013 and both the club and rider are looking for a big season.
“We are delighted he is back with us.”
Woodward, 27, competed in last year’s World Long Track GP series and finished sixth; giving him an automatic spot next year.
Further proof of his all-round motor-cycling ability came last summer when he won the British Masters Grasstrack title.
Geer is making good progress with completing the team for 2013 but reiterated he would only announce names once contracts had been signed and returned.
